We're delighted you want to return to making progress on your money! If you had previously created and deleted an account with this email address, we cannot restore your old account for security reasons. You will also not be able to create a new account using this same email address as it is already taken in our system.

There, however, is a trick that you can use with a Gmail address if you have one - try putting a period in your email address. LearnVest will view this as a new account but because Gmail ignores periods, you will still get your emails to the correct email address. For example, if you deleted your learnvestfan@gmail.com account previously, the system will still allow you to sign up for a new account under learnvest.fan@gmail.com and you will get all email communication in your learnvestfan@gmail.com inbox.

If you did not use a Gmail address to sign up for an account, you will have to use an entirely new email address to sign up for a new account. We can, however, forward your LearnVest emails to your current inbox. If you sign up with a new email address, but would like to keep your  old email address for communication purposes, you can do so by following the steps here.
