When can I schedule my first call with my planner?

We're thrilled you're ready to hit the ground running!

Before you schedule your call, make sure you:

1. Link up your accounts to the Money Center if you haven't already. Click on the "Accounts" tab on your dashboard and then the "Connect your accounts" button. If you have any trouble, check out our "Let's Connect Your Accounts" troubleshooting section of the support center, or contact our support team.

2. Complete your financial profile. The profile ensures your first call with your planner is as personal and as productive as possible, and that ultimately your plan is as comprehensive and accurate as you deserve. You can access it under the "Program" tab on your dashboard and under "My Financial Profile" on the lefthand side.
