My account won't link! How can I move forward with the profile?
Oh no! We're so sorry you're having trouble adding an account. Make sure you're connecting to the right type of listing (i.e. Credit Card vs. Bank vs. Loan). If that's not the problem, email the issue our Dedicated Client Delight Specialists and we'll be happy to troubleshoot with you. In the meantime, you can still complete the profile; in order to prevent any delays in progress, we recommend adding the account manually as a placeholder while our tech team troubleshoots for you.
