The first thing to check is what folder your transactions are in. Transactions will only be counted toward a priority goal if they are in a folder in the "Priorities" section of the Inbox.
If your transactions are not in a folder in the "Priorities" section of the Inbox, either move the transactions into an existing Priorities folder, or create a new Priorities folder.
The second thing to check is that for any contribution to a Priority Goal (eg a transfer to a savings account, a payment to a credit card company or a student loan account) you have both the black transaction (showing money leaving one account) and the green transaction (showing money coming in to another account) in that Priorities folder. It is the green transactions that indicate to the Money Center that you have made a contribution to your Priority Goal.
